After a successful crowdfunder campaign, the Samarivans book has been printed and is now available for purchase. There are however only a limited number available!

About the Samarivans campaign

Welcome to the Samarivans online gallery. I came up with the idea for Samarivans to raise money for North Herts & Stevenage Samaritans, a charity close to my heart. I've been painting camper van stencils for a long time, so I asked artist friends and collaborators to put their own spin on my camper van design, creating their very own, unique Samarivan. I am so proud to share these incredible works on my website, and so grateful to everyone who gave their time to take part.

All of the Samarivans below were on display at our exhibition at Arkley Fine Art in September 2023 for a week. The artwork was also be available on eBay. All proceeds from the eBay auction went to North Herts & Stevenage Samaritans.

Over £43,500 was raised!

Ilsa Hawtin, Branch Director says "That money will go directly towards supporting our callers, by helping us to cover costs, and in helping us fundraise for a new premises so we can expand our service"

Why we did it

Samaritans volunteers provide emotional support to people in distress 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. North Herts & Stevenage Samaritans handled 22,103 calls last year, and also carried out vital work to raise awareness of the service within the community. Although the branch is part of the national Samaritans organisation, it is responsible for its own fundraising in order to stay operational.
