Bio

Sarah is an art therapist working in schools in Hertfordshire.
She studied fine art before becoming an art therapist for Nessie. She's passionate about creative therapies helping people, particularly children, given that mental health difficulties can start so young. Samarivans is using creativity to raise awareness, it's crucial people know support and help is out there, & that people are prepared to listen.
