Sarah Graham asked me if I would like to take part in the Samarivans project to raise funds for the Samaritans which I jumped at as the charity has been there for me in the past.
They were there for me during mental issues I had during my 30’s and again later in life, when I went through a long depression and didn’t think life was worth living. They saved me at a time when I needed someone to talk to during the early hours of the morning when everything seem so bleak.
This is a way for me to say thank you to those volunteers for listening.
