My piece is produced on a digital software called procreate. The software consists of brushes which give the affect of painting, drawing , inking and sketching. My piece represents trends in the current modern world and characteristics of the past.
Samaritans is such an amazing cause and the campaign itself is incredible. It’s about gathering artists and communities to come together to inspire others. I have suffered from mental health and I think we all have in our own ways. I currently work with children with mental health and it can be a struggle everyday seeing what they go through. However the most rewarding thing is to see them shine in their greatest moments and I get to see and experience that.

Hi my name is Ellie!
I'm an artist that is based in the UK that creates cool funky retro art. My inspiration consists of watching a lot of cartoons growing up which inspire my crazy characters to life. I'm mainly inspired by 1930s cartoons and retro cartoons from the 90s like SpongeBob. I have worked in all mediums such as acrylics and watercolours, but thought why not give digital art a go. I want people to look at my art and make them smile. I don't have to tell a story, I just want to make everyone happy in the world.
