I am forever looking for signs and words to help me get through the day. I'm always inspired by colour, typographical signs and smiley faces. This collage is created from a collection of photos taken on my journey over the last few years.
I've been treated for depression for 30 years and the most important thing for me apart from medication is to talk about my feelings instead of bottling things up
